What did you do for yourself today? Anything? Or was it just another day going through the motions just to make it to the end of the day? Try taking a moment or two for yourself the next couple of days and see how that changes your mindset. Sit quietly in a calming space, even if the only free space is the bathroom, and focus on how you are feeling. What is your breath doing? Be mindful of if you breathing into your chest or your belly? Try to focus on your breath equally going into your chest and belly and allow your ribs to expand out to the side. Count 3-5 seconds in and 5-7 seconds out.
