Administrative Assistant
WHAT WE NEED:
We are seeking a reliable, positive, and energetic individual who thrives in a small yet fast-paced environment.
This position blends live customer care (phones, patient scheduling, multi-tasking) with online communication and management (social media marketing, website and Google responses) to help with the forward progress of our fast-growing company. As part of Motivates’ Customer Care Specialist team, you will manage, maintain and organize the phones and daily therapy schedule.
As Administrative Assistant, you will train to assist Director with marketing tasks and assist Office Manager with daily office functions while providing quality patient services and efficient clinic function. Come, be a part of something special.
Physical Therapist

We treat it all but specialize in chronic pain and pelvic floor therapy with a whole-body health approach.
We need a dynamic, full time Physical Therapist with an outpatient orthopedic background and either experience in or a strong interest in learning pelvic floor therapy for both male and female populations. We are willing to train qualified, committed new graduates. We believe in a strong team-oriented approach which includes valued communication between our staff, patients, physicians, and community. Continuing education and non-stop learning are high priorities amongst the therapy team.
