Hey mamas! It’s December, and let’s face it, the last thing we want to take time for this month is ourselves. But, it can be the best thing we do for ourselves and our family. It can be overwhelmingly stressful to have a new baby, or just kids in general, and then add the hectic holidays on top of all of that. Why not just take a tip from a mama bear and hibernate?
While hibernation may not be an option, being mindful is a way we can take a step back from the business of the season and take a moment for ourselves. Just one moment to tune into your mind or body to be aware of how you are feeling physically and/or mentally.
