Meet the Bristol Stool Scale (represented in candy form here, lol). You should be aware of what is normal and not normal for you. If your normal is Type 1,2, or 3 you may be constipated-look to add insoluble fiber, such as wheat bran, beans and cauliflower, to your diet. If Type 5, 6, or 7 look to add more soluble fiber such as oat bran, strawberries and apples.
