Take a moment to notice how you feel in your own skin right now. Then take a breath or two, slow in and out. Now, check back in. When you bring attention to this moment, the only moment you can do anything about, you will feel your habitual muscle tension release. Those areas in your body that you tend to tense throughout the day rob you energy. Take back that needlessly spent energy, and use it for what you need to be productive, happy and healthy.
