Lymphatic health is key for day to day health. Many pepople are not comfortable with touching or massaginging their pelvic areas. But if you never tocuh it how will you know what your “normal” feels like. Groin tenderness or lymph node swelling in your groin area can indicate changes to your pelvic and abdmoinal health. Using lotion and a gentle touch, try massage your groin area with both hands on either side using gentle circular strokes for 1 minute. Then try putting your legs up on a chair, relax and use diaphragmatic breathing 5 minutes at the end of your day. Report any changes that you feel in your groin lymph nodes to your medical team.
