- 1/2 Head Red Cabbage*, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 Head Savoy Cabbage*, Thinly Sliced
- 8 Ounces Brussels Sprouts*, Trimmed & Thinly Sliced
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Carrots
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Radishes*
- 1 Cup Chopped Parsley Leaves
- 1 Cup Lightly Toasted Walnuts, Chopped (optional)
- 1 Cup Pecorino Romano Shavings or Nutritional Yeast for Dairy Free (optional)
DRESSING
- 2 Teaspoons Raw Honey**
- 1/2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar Cider Vinegar**
- 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil**
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetables and herbs.
- In another bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to mix well.
- Serve in a bowl or platter topped with the walnuts and cheese shavings.
