Rehab Technician: Attention Personal trainers and Exercise Enthusiasts! We need you for therapy support at a small outpatient OT/PT clinic

Motivate has a unique opportunity to join our amazing, dedicated team of Occupational and Physical Therapists in a small outpatient clinic in Rockford, IL. Every patient learns a home program that is uniquely designed for them. Our Rehab Technicians are an integral part of ensuring independent patient carryover for lifelong success. This position will train to assist both the Customer Care and Patient Care teams. In Patient Care the job supports the therapy team with beginning to end treatment tasks such as room and equipment care, clean up, laundry and guided exercises. In Customer Care, assist the Office Manager with daily office functions such as scheduling, phone calls, scanning and emails while providing quality patient services and efficient clinic function.

Part Time position, 20 hours per week. Potential to increase to Full time.

Occupational Therapist

Motivate is a one-of-a-kind, therapist-owned, outpatient rehab facility located in Rockford, IL. Motivate specializes in hand-tailored rehab one-body at a time particularly for chronic pain and pelvic floor conditions. We are currently seeking a dynamic, outstanding and passionate full time Occupational Therapist. Experience in outpatient orthopedic and/or pelvic health treatment approaches is preferred but we are willing to train exceptional candidates.

Therapy caseload will include all pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions. Motivate believes in treatment plans that have a strong emphasis on whole body health, patient education, manual therapy techniques and a solid home program development for ensuring independent patient carryover.
